Role Description

This is a full-time, in-person role for the first Growth hire at Juxta. Will work directly with the CEO on everything from content marketing to SEO to cold outbound. We're looking for somebody scrappy, ambitious, and results-driven.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute growth funnels that drive activation, engagement, and retention
• Build and run integrated campaigns across social, email, PR, and partnerships
• Engage directly with potential customers on social channels, like LinkedIn and X
• Conduct competitor research to understand product positioning, feature gaps, and user adoption patterns
• Drive customer inbound by optimizing relevant funnels, including SEO and GEO
