Your Role

As a Client Operations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting both clients and internal teams to ensure operational success and satisfaction:

  • Onboard Team and Enterprise accounts to the Thnks platform.
  • Lead weekly new-user training sessions via Zoom.
  • Manage client and departmental requests in CRM; record notes, assign tasks, and follow through to completion.
  • Generate recurring and one-off client reports.
  • Organize, validate, and upload bulk and scheduled campaign sheets.
  • Submit invoices, quotes, and JIRA tickets for custom client requests.
  • Support the Marketplace team with creativity, curation, and auditing of Thnks offerings.
  • Assist cross-functional teams with projects to improve the platform and client experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Entry-Level Talent: 0–1 years of experience in customer success, operations, or a similar role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong skills with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Clear Communicator: Tactful, empathetic, and professional in client interactions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and error-free execution.
  • Analytical: Comfortable working with data and reporting to monitor revenue and identify growth opportunities.
  • Adaptable: Able to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
