Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Research Associate to join Ten63’s Biology team. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary lab-based group working side-by-side to tackle some of the hardest yet most impactful targets in oncology.

A strong positive attitude, great communication skills, excellent attention to detail and record keeping, and an ability to follow established lab protocols are essential.

Demonstrable understanding and experience in basic lab skills including buffer and media preparation, bacterial culture, plasmid purifications, PCR, gel electrophoresis, chromatography and protein expression and purification are essential. Hands-on experience with biophysical and biochemical assays including fluorescence polarization and TR-FRET would be ideal.

In this position, you will support and collaborate in a hands-on way with the Senior Scientists in the lab to advance Ten63’s goal of discovering and developing novel small molecule therapeutics to change the treatment of cancer.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related area, with at least 1 year active lab experience.

Position is full time and in-person in Durham, NC.
