With almost 500 exceptional employees located in over a dozen different countries, Teamworks’ software solutions drive the operations of the most recognizable sports properties in the world.

We are seeking exceptional Senior Product Managers and Product Managers to drive innovation across our product portfolio. Teamworks offers an integrated suite of solutions organized in categories that mirror departments within elite sports organizations: Personnel, Performance, Operations, and Intelligence. As a Product Manager, you'll own a specific product within one of these categories, working closely with cross-functional teams to define vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact features that serve elite sports organizations.

This role requires a product leader who excels at collaboration and communication, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams. The ideal candidate must have experience navigating complex product builds, including customer transitions and rebuilds. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of sports technology in one of the fastest-growing companies in sports tech.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Own business outcomes within one of our solution categories, define the vision & strategy, and deliver features that solve real problems for elite sports organizations
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality execution in partnership with engineering, design, internal GTM teams and customers
  • Translate complex customer needs into actionable product capabilities
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure smooth execution and adoption
  • Define and track key product metrics, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product adoption and measurable business impact
  • Conduct customer discovery and research to deeply understand customer needs and inform product decisions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in your product area to inform future product direction

Additionally, a Senior Product Manager will be expected to:

  • Provide strategic direction for complex product initiatives that may span multiple products or teams
  • Lead product rebuilds and customer transitions, ensuring a seamless experience as technology evolves
  • Define integration strategies between products to create additional value across the Teamworks ecosystem
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Advocate for product strategy at the executive level, influencing company-wide priorities and resource allocation
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and product innovations that drive company growth
  • Drive alignment between product strategy and broader business objectives

Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:

  • Proven product leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects
  • Strong ability to drive end-to-end product development, working closely with engineering and design to meet ambitious deadlines
  • Technical acumen — while not necessarily an engineer, you should be comfortable working with engineering teams on complex technical solutions
  • Strategic thinker with execution focus – able to define a long-term vision while delivering quick, iterative wins
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, identify high-priority initiatives, and push projects to completion
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to set clear expectations and drive alignment across teams
  • Experience using data to drive decision-making; comfortable with analytics and user research methodologies

Additionally, a Senior Product Manager will be expected to:

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS product management, preferably with complex data-driven products
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence at the executive level
  • Experience leading product teams and providing mentorship to junior product managers
  • Track record of successfully navigating complex product migrations, rebuilds, or major feature launches
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical debt, business needs, and customer experience in product decisions
  • Deep understanding of technology integration strategies and experience with platform ecosystems
  • Proven ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into successful product strategies
  • Experience defining product vision and strategy for complex, enterprise-scale solutions

The Ideal Recruit - Skills & Experience:

  • Performance analytics or data visualization
  • Compliance management or regulatory systems
  • API design, authentication, or developer experience products
  • Mobile applications used in active environments
  • Systems integrating hardware data (wearables, sensors)

Champion Mindset - Traits for Success:

  • Demonstrates urgency and drive to achieve results aligned with organizational goals
  • Takes initiative without waiting for direction, identifying opportunities independently
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Approaches challenges with innovative problem-solving and creative thinking
  • Builds rapport while maintaining focus on tangible outcomes
