- Assist in the setup, configuration, and process development for new systems launching this summer.
- Identify inefficiencies in current operational workflows and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and other GTM teams to ensure system changes align with team needs.
- Build lightweight reports and dashboards that improve visibility into operations performance.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and internal projects that help the Operations team scale efficiently.
Player Profile – What You Bring to the Team:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (e.g., Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field).
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets with a strong ability to organize, analyze, and clean data.
- Comfort working with systems and a willingness to dive into tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or others (training will be provided).
- Ability to pick up new tools quickly and work independently when facing ambiguous problems.
- Demonstrated curiosity about how go-to-market systems work and how operational decisions impact business performance.
- Experience with building or maintaining reports in Excel, Salesforce, SQL, or business intelligence platforms is a strong plus.
- Experience working with AI (e.g. ChatGPT) to manipulate or transform data.
- Exposure to CRM systems, Gainsight, or similar tools is helpful, but not required.
- Prior internship or project work related to sales operations, business operations, or process improvement is a bonus.
Champion Mindset – Traits for Success
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Possesses a “figure-it-out” mindset with an eagerness to solve problems independently.
