Most of the time this will be supporting self-trials. This includes:- Fielding technical questions on RackN product by customers- Preparing and providing Demo of RackN product to customers- Developing new Demo scenarios to highlight features based on customer requests- Building basic automation scripts or expanding on existing scriptsAdditional Details: This is a US-remote position with minimal travel expectation.
