As a Senior Sales Manager - Land Systems, you will be strategically develop and grow our partnership with the Bundeswehr. As part of our Sales Team, your mission is to drive opportunities and solutions, engage customers about their priorities, and support Quantum System´s strategic goals as an unmanned systems powerhouse.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • Lead, manage and grow opportunities within the Bundeswehr context, ensuring strong and trusted relationships.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop campaigns & strategies to expand Quantum Systems’ footprint within the Bundeswehr multi domain, focused on land ecosystem.

  • Act as a point of contact for Bundeswehr stakeholders and coordinate internal resources to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.

  • Prepare and lead account reviews, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.

  • Monitor contract performance, and customer satisfaction, ensuring timely issue resolution.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Program and Operations) to align on customer needs and deliverables.

  • Stay informed about the early stages of the Bundeswehr’s procurement processes, organizational structures, and relevant trends in the defense market.


What you bring to the team:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, economics, political science, engineering or a related field. Equivalent professional experience is also welcome.

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales—ideally in the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English (C1/C2) – both written and spoken.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong familiarity with the Bundeswehr structures, capability planning & procurement processes, and defense industry regulations.

  • Interest in technology, defense, and geopolitics.
