In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Executive Alignment:
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships within partner organizations, ensuring alignment on shared goals and fostering trust.
  • Represent Pryon as a thought leader and strategic collaborator in discussions with partner leadership and federal stakeholders.
  • Federal Market Expertise:
  • Provide insights into federal market trends, procurement processes, and compliance requirements to inform partner strategies and internal decision-making.
  • Advise on leveraging set-aside programs, small business partners, and distribution channels to support broader federal sales goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and revenue operations teams to align priorities and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of joint strategies.
  • Performance Measurement:
  • Define and track success metrics for strategic partnerships, including pipeline creation, joint solution adoption, and federal market penetration.
  • Report regularly on partnership performance and key milestones to leadership.
  • Technical Partnership Development:
  • Identify, onboard, and manage technical implementation partners (e.g., systems integrators, OEMs, solution providers) that can help customize and extend Pryon’s platform for specific federal use cases.
  • Develop frameworks for assessing and selecting technical partners based on capabilities, federal compliance, and solution fit.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between Pryon’s technical teams and partners to ensure effective deployment, customization, and ongoing support.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to align partner capabilities with Pryon’s roadmap and federal customer needs.
  • Oversee partner enablement programs, including training, certification, and co-development initiatives.

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, federal sales, or program management within the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships with federal systems integrators, OEMs, or technology partners.
  • Experience working with technical implementation partners, including SIs and technology solution providers, to deploy and customize enterprise AI platforms in the federal space.
  • Prior experience structuring partner-led solution development and supporting bespoke technical implementations within government agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the federal contracting ecosystem, including key players like Leidos, Dell, Carahsoft, and federal agencies.
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes, compliance requirements, and emerging technology trends in AI or similar fields.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive initiatives to measurable outcomes.
