The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Otter.ai's verticals product—starting with the sales vertical and expanding into other industries. As a fast-growing AI company with over 20 million users, you'll help shape AI-powered tools that enhance business productivity and collaboration. Your Impact

• Drive product roadmap for industry verticals by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to achieve OKRs and deliver customer value
• Develop targeted product requirements for the sales vertical and future industries to address specific market challenges and opportunities
• Lead the Verticals pod alongside Engineering to ship high-impact features
• Drive user adoption through optimized trials, onboarding flows, engagement tactics, and conversion funnels in partnership with Customer Success and Data teams

We're looking for someone who

• Has 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS products, vertical solutions (like Gong), or collaboration platforms (like Slack, Notion, or Figma)
• Shows proven success in driving vertical-specific product adoption and growth, particularly in sales or related industries
• Possesses experience with product-led growth and vertical-focused go-to-market strategies, with demonstrated success in scaling revenue and user growth
• Excels at understanding customer needs, creating clear product requirements, and delivering features that enhance workflow efficiency and solve concrete problems
• Has deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their industry applications, with passion for driving AI innovation
• Builds strong relationships across teams, communicates effectively, and presents product plans to leadership with confidence
• Uses data-driven decision making, with expertise in Snowflake, Amplitude, SQL, and Excel for actionable insights
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and brings a creative, solution-oriented mindset
• Has practical experience with CRM platforms, third-party integrations, and workflow automation
• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business field
