We're looking for a Director of Product Management to lead enterprise product strategy at Otter.ai and drive growth in our enterprise customer base. Your Impact
- Shape and align enterprise product strategy and roadmap with OKRs and customer needs, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams
- Define product requirements addressing integration, administration, analytics, data privacy, security, and compliance needs of our largest customers
- Lead the Enterprise pod alongside the Engineering Lead to drive effective execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
- Drive conversion from self-serve to sales-assisted customers by optimizing product-qualified lead motions with Sales and Data teams
- Expand sales-assisted accounts through optimized onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and growth initiatives, working with Customer Success and Data teams
- Stay ahead of trends in AI, SaaS, and workplace productivity to drive innovation and establish Otter.ai as the leading business solution
We're looking for someone who
- Has 8+ years of product management experience, including managing SaaS collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Notion, Figma) and leading high-performing PM teams
- Shows a strong track record of delivering successful products in the last 2 years, particularly in SaaS collaboration platforms, product-led growth models, and independent go-to-market strategies
- Excels at prioritizing customer needs, driving product strategy, and delivering features that solve pain points while improving workflow efficiency and business value
- Brings expertise in building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that meet data privacy, security, integration, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrates success in driving user growth and scaling revenue through data insights, user feedback, and effective activation strategies
- Shows exceptional collaboration and communication skills across product, design, engineering, data, sales, and marketing teams—writing clear product requirements and presenting confidently to leadership
- Has strong analytical skills with proficiency in Snowflake, Amplitude, SQL, and Excel, plus a drive for deriving insights from data
- Brings a startup mindset and winning attitude, ready to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience with AI/ML technologies, CRM platforms, third-party integrations, workflow automation, and knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance (preferred)
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business field

Salary range
Salary Range: $210,000 to $250,000 USD per year.
This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent based on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of our comprehensive total rewards package.
