Zusammenfassung der Position:

Verantwortung für die Erreichung und Übertreffung der Umsatzziele im zugewiesenen Gebiet durch professionelle Vermarktung und fachlich fundierte Betreuung der Produkte. Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen OP- und Serviceunterstützung.

Hauptaktivitäten:

1. Vertrieb & Geschäftsentwicklung

• Umsetzung regionaler Vertriebsstrategien und Erreichung der definierten Umsatz- und Vertriebsziele

• Erstellung von Forecasts, Businessplänen und regelmäßigen Reports

• Dokumentation von Marktfeedback, Verkaufsperformance und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten

• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Zielkunden

• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden

2. OP-Betreuung & Technischer Support

• Fachliche Betreuung und technische Unterstützung bei Operationen

• Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit für chirurgische Eingriffe

• Durchführung präoperativer Abstimmungen mit Operateuren

• Intraoperative Kommunikation relevanter Monitoring-Daten

• Verwaltung von Konsignations- und Leihinstrumentarium

3. Schulung & Kundenentwicklung

• Schulung von Ärzten und OP-Personal (Produkttrainings, Workshops, Fachveranstaltungen)

• Organisation und Teilnahme an Kongressen und Fachveranstaltungen

• Beratung der Kunden zu optimalen Produktanwendungen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Customer Service und Vertriebsteam

5. Compliance & Qualität

• Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben, Unternehmensrichtlinien und Compliance-Anforderungen

• Professionelles und ethisch einwandfreies Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern

• Sicherstellung der Vertraulichkeit sensibler Informationen

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im medizinischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder kaufmännischen Bereich

• Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Medizintechnik, idealerweise im Bereich Wirbelsäulenchirurgie

• Hohe technische Affinität und OP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beziehungsstärke

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Reisebereitschaft im Vertriebsgebiet
