Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lead Rebate Analyst to oversee and manage the end-to-end rebate process. This position is responsible for leading rebate program analysis, calculation, validation, and reporting to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of rebate structures, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to process optimization.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of rebate programs, including setup, tracking, and reconciliation.

  • Analyze customer contracts and sales data to ensure correct rebate calculations and payments.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Pricing, and Legal teams to review rebate terms and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual rebate accruals and prepare related journal entries as needed.

  • Validate rebate claims submitted by customers and partners, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to program terms.

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor rebate performance, trends, and financial impacts.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the rebate process and drive automation or systems improvements.

  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) and mentor for junior rebate analyst.

  • Support audits and provide documentation for internal and external review.

  • Maintain a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.

  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or rebate management.

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across departments.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
