Position Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst - International Commercial is responsible for leveraging business intelligence and data analytics to continuously create business tools, metrics, and measurables within the organization that solve problems and optimize growth. This individual works with the Sales and Commercial teams to provide data insights to drive successful business decisions.
Essential Functions:
Build intuitive dashboards and reports to drive business performance.
Analyze trends and identify key drivers of growth, efficiency, and risk.
Perform ad hoc analyses to support the executive team and strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain KPIs and other performance metrics.
Partner with international commercial teams to define success measures.
Maintain and enhance BI tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Fabric, Looker).
Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Build and manage robust data pipelines to ensure reliable and sustainable data delivery.
Identify opportunities to streamline data flows and improve data quality.
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Robotics, Marketing, and Corporate functions to understand needs and deliver solutions.
Translate complex data into business-friendly insights and narratives.

Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field required.
2+ years of experience in a BI, analytics, or data science role (preferably supporting commercial or international teams).
Proficiency with modern BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric).
Strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) preferred.
Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines is highly desirable.
Ability to synthesize complex data sets into simple, actionable insights.
Experience working in or supporting international markets.
Exposure to CRM or ERP data (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
Multilingual capabilities or international business experience a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong time-management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and collaborative attitude.
Ability to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.
