As we continue to focus on our INR strategy to promote and sell capital equipment and pull through spine implants sales in the island to competitive surgeons, mainly from MDT. The KAM employee will be responsible for sales leads and opportunities, providing training, and educating Purchasing Manager and Executive Administrators of Hospitals and Healthcare insurance companies on ET and proceduralized spine solutions. He/she will also be responsible to manage the relationship with key high volume institutional accounts (hospitals and Insurance Companies). The KAM employee will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with our most important customers to assure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key institutional accounts, including hospitals and insurance companies, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and manage commercial opportunities, including sales leads, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations, with a focus on capital equipment and spine implant solutions.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive product adoption and business growth.
- Educate and support hospital stakeholders (Purchasing Managers, Executive Administrators) on Enabling Technologies and proceduralized spine solutions.
- Monitor market trends, customer performance, and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy and report insights to management.
- Coordinate post-sales processes, including quotations, approvals, and invoicing, ensuring a smooth customer experience and internal alignment.
