Job Summary And Primary Responsibilities
  • Auftragsannahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Bestellungen sowie Berechnung dieser
  • OP Leihsendungen planen und koordinieren
  • Rückholung der Leihsendungen planen und durchführen
  • Rechnungsstellung und Klärung offener Fälle
  • Systemische Durchführung von Buchungen
  • Gutschriften und entsprechende Kundenkommunikation
  • Aufnahme und Koordination von Kundenreklamationen
  • Führt andere zugewiesene Aufgaben aus
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive all orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. Process incoming/outgoing orders and ensure invoicing is accurately performed in time
  • Schedule loaners and coordinate surgery coverage.
  • Ensure loaners are returned promptly after surgery.
  • Enter and/or update all pertinent data regarding complaints, customer information or change orders.
  • Maintains unbilled loaner information and reports status to management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Capabilities
  • Sichere EDV-Kenntnisse im MS Office Paket und fundierte ERP-Kenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (B2_Level)
  • Proficient and accurate with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), presentation programs (Power Point) and ERP knowledge
  • High degree of self-initiative and innovative capacities

Education And Experience
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service/ Vertriebsinnendienst wünschenswert
  • Associate’s Degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience
Travel And/or Physical Requirements
