We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the Levitate Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Building out a reliable and scalable platform and integrations with external partner APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improving existing software
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Customer Support to improve supportability of the product and the overall customer experience
• Contribute to internal and customer-facing knowledge bases
• Work within the engineering team to deliver end to end solutions

• 5+ years of software development experience (C#, Java, etc)
• General knowledge of one or more programming languages. Our front end is written in React using TypeScript
• Some experience building and consuming HTTP APIs
• SQL or other database querying expertise. Document databases is a plus
• Able to learn new technologies and techniques
• Works well in a collaborative environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to seek out help when stuck (happens to everyone, sometimes a sounding board is what you need)
