Analyze qualitative and quantitative findings from reviews and deliver clear, actionable feedback to care team members and leaders.
Partner with Product, Physical Therapy, Member Success, Learning & Development, and other functions to assess performance, close gaps, and improve workflow and member experience.
Produce accurate, executive-ready reporting (summaries, dashboards) that identifies root causes, prioritizes recommendations, and tracks remediation through completion.
Conduct targeted audits of documentation and member interactions; support identification, tracking, and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in alignment with QMS procedures.
Contribute to outcomes measurement strategy by recommending standards-aligned tools and low-burden, evidence-based measures that demonstrate program effectiveness.
Use AI tools responsibly to improve review speed and consistency; apply oversight levels, fairness checks, and data-handling requirements per Care Quality’s AI policy.
Plan, sample, and execute quality review studies across modalities; apply standardized scoring; ensure data integrity and traceability of quality records.
Synthesize findings into concise reports and debriefs; escalate risks; and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with accountable owners.
Monitor quality metrics and composite scoring to identify trends and system-level opportunities; document insights for management review inputs.
Maintain compliance with QMS-controlled documents, SOPs, and audit readiness; contribute artifacts and evidence for internal/external audits.
Coach reviewers and care team contributors on rubric application and best practices; provide timely, constructive, growth-oriented feedback.
Lead data management for Quality: define and maintain data dictionaries and sampling frames; ensure data integrity, lineage, and governance; implement appropriate PHI safeguards, access controls, and retention; build and maintain source-of-truth datasets and dashboards; partner with DS/Analytics to automate ingestion, quality checks, and documentation; track change logs to preserve audit readiness.
