About the Role
The RFP Manager will manage all aspects of the RFP response process including acting as project manager for RFP responses, managing RFP content, drafting responses, and coordinating with SMEs to develop answers to new questions. The RFP writer will work closely with all internal departments, including product development, legal, security, and Customer Success. This role is highly impactful in building and communicating our strategic roadmap. This person enjoys both working independently and in strong collaboration with others.
What You'll Accomplish
Support efforts to win large, complex sales deals working with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales (RVPs) and other cross-functional stakeholders
Educate our prospective clients on the capabilities of Hinge Health through accurate, honest, and creative responses
Impact company bookings by pushing deals forward and ensuring Hinge Health becomes an RFP finalist
Ensure Loopio platform is updated/reviewed regularly and is the source of truth for RFP/RFI question/answer sets
Basic Qualifications
Basic understanding of employer benefits including pricing and evaluation
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Strong project management skills and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams to respond quickly
RFP platform administration experience
Ability to prioritize multiple projects running concurrently
Preferred Qualifications
Loopio admin experience
Experience responding to RFPs for companies with similar benefit offerings (e.g. mental health, diabetes, women’s health, etc)
Ability to create compelling sales presentations
Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. For this position, our salary ranges are listed below:
Tier 3: IL (ex Chicago), MD(ex DC Radius), MA (ex Boston Radius), NH (ex Boston Radius), NY (ex NYC Radius), RI (ex Boston Radius), TX (ex Houston), VA (ex DC Radius), WA (ex Seattle Radius), WI (ex Chi Radius), AK, CO, DE, GA, HI, MI, MN, NV, NC, OR, PA : $75,900 - $113,900
Tier 4: AL, AZ, AR, FL, ID, IN (ex Chicago), IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WV, WY: $68,700 - $103,100
