About the Role
We are seeking a Group Product Manager for our Activity Platform product, a critical component in our mission to provide exceptional member treatment. At Hinge Health, we believe movement is medicine, and getting our members engaged in movement is key to delivering effective treatment to meaningfully reduce their pain. Our core product is delivered through the Hinge Health app, surfacing the right content and therapeutic activities at the right time, personalized to each member. This role is essential in driving the platform strategy that supports our member experiences and outcomes, working across the organization to identify high-value opportunities and execute our vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions—developing versatile APIs to provide access to member activity data for various product teams and building an extensible platform for integrating personalized content like education, surveys, and exercises across domains. You will also manage, coach, and empower a team of Platform PMs. Together, your team will enable greater personalization and driving gains in member retention and health outcomes.
Here at Hinge Health, we welcome all applicants and know a diverse team makes us better and stronger. We look for individuals who embody our leadership principles and we value varied experiences and skill sets. Beyond specific work experience, we also look for unique capabilities and skill sets that are key indicators an applicant will thrive in our fast-paced, frequently evolving environment. If this sounds like the kind of place you’d like to be part of, please apply - we would love to hear from you!
