About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Commercial Operations team. This role will report to the Business Development Manager and be responsible for assisting with all areas relating to Strategic Sales.
The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of experience with sales support functions within Healthcare including using a CRM such as Salesforce, using a marketing tool such as Highspot, Microsoft Office Suite, HVS or other similar sales enablement tools, general familiarity with RFPs, familiarity with how health systems operate, strong customer service skills, and using LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn and solve problems quickly and efficiently. They work well with various personalities because they know we are all working towards the same goal. They enjoy doing research on prospects and finding the nuances that our competitors would likely overlook.
Finally, this individual is ambitious and looks towards having a strong future in sales operations or sales, as they will have an amazing opportunity for guidance and mentorship.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Work directly with the largest employer opportunities in Hinge Health’s pipeline, supporting Regional Vice Presidents of Strategic Sales (RVPs)
- Educate our prospective clients on the value of Hinge Health through personalized emails, phone calls and other targeted outreach
- Conduct client and industry-specific research leveraging LinkedIn, prospect websites, SEC filings, etc.
