The company’s products are designed to enable clinicians to more effectively and efficiently respond to patients in urgent need of rapid resuscitation.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is perfect for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy in financial operations.

Schedule: Part-time, 25-30 hours with a hybrid work arrangement to include 2 (two) days in the office. Availability of 2 or more hours, at least 3-4 days in the week, is ideal for handling time-sensitive accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Accounting Functions

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness

• Manage customer setup procedures, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and quality-reviewed before system entry

• Handle order entry and invoicing for customer orders, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Team Contribution

• Collaborate effectively with team members across departments

• Maintain organized records and documentation for all accounting processes

• Support daily operations to ensure smooth financial workflow

• Participate in additional projects as time and workload permit

• Ability to enter and retrieve data using Excel

• Comfort with G-Suite applications for email and internal communications
